Well, after 3 batches of extract I will be trying my hand at all grain. I made a DIY Mash Tun from a 52 Quart cooler and some pieces from Lowes. I am hoping the better control I have from the brew process will kick my beers up a notch. Already the extract brews are better than most commercial beers. Thinking of doing a nice Stout for my first all grain experience. Already have the following extract beers under my belt: Irish Red Ale, English Brown Ale, and a Bavarian Hefe Weisen.
